DescriptionnnThe Licensed Practical Nurse assists the Registered Nurse in the planning and delivery of nursing care and to assist with the rehabilitation of patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis. The RN develops a treatment plan which is instituted in accordance with physician orders.
