LHH is currently seeking a Paid Media Director for one of our great clients. This Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all paid media campaigns, including search, social, display, and emerging channels. This role requires a combination of deep expertise in paid search and social media strategies, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive ROI-positive campaigns. This role is fully remote but must be based in Florida
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)..
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid media campaigns.
- Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks to ensure campaign success and alignment with goals.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Leadership and Team Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paid media specialists and coordinators.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strong performance.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Create detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in paid media
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Must have agency and healthcare experience
