As the Regional Sales and Operations manager (Regional Director) of the Mobile, AL Support Center, you will:


  • Lead and motivate the sales and operations teams.
  • Work directly with the sales team to generate new business.
  • Support the operations team in retaining customers, solving problems, and training franchisees.
  • Recruit and assist in developing new Franchise Owners.
  • Focus on selling new business and retaining customers to achieve your income goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the operational department with account management and ongoing communication with customers and franchisees.
  • Document communication, meetings, and other relevant activities.
  • Conduct daily meetings with the operational team to review tickets and plan for the day.
  • Audit paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide field and classroom training to new employees in the sales/operational department, as well as new and existing franchisees.
  • Assist the operational team with escalations to ensure customer and franchisee satisfaction.
  • Occasionally load equipment onto trucks.


Qualifications:


  • B2B Account management experience 2-5 years
  • B2B Hunter Sales experience 2-5 years
  • Customer service experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong training skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed to meet with potential Franchise Owners and Clients.


Pay range:


Pay range- $60-$80k salary (plus commission)
