Human Resources Director

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a dynamic and innovative healthcare and rehabilitation organiztion, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with senior management and create impactful HR processes and protocols. This position is onsite and based in Honolulu, HI and offers a salary budget between $110,000-$125,000/year, depending upon relevant experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Manage and oversee the staffing operations of the company from recruitment to onboarding
• Properly ensure the company's compliance with federal, state and local regulations
• Develop performance management programs and corresponding training materials as needed
• Develop and implement various human resources programs as needed
• Support the strategic planning process by recommending company objectives
• Accurately prepare sensitive documentation and uphold confidentiality
• Other duties as needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
• 6+ years of experience in human resources or related field
• SHRM-SCP and/or IPMA-HR certification/designation highly preferred
• Prior experience leading a human resources team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Union/non-union experience required
• Prior experience using HRIS systems required
