HR Division Leadership – Growth Path – High Growth Business
The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by a top client in the Industrial space looking to identify a top HR Leader to step in as a Division Director of Human Resources to run one of their fasted growing verticals.
We need a strategic HR Leader with the ability to lead a team across a network of sites, in addition to expanding their current flagship location. We need someone passionate about people, process, and performance. This role will set someone up for an incredible career path with the organization (Multi-Billion Dollar Market Leader), from Division Leadership to Corporate Director/VP long-term.
Our client is in hyper growth mode, and we are looking to identify and interview right away!
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree Preferred)
- Experience in Manufacturing + Multisite HR
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing & OPEX Environments
- Passion for drive People & Process Excellence
