Endeavor has engaged with a privately held hospitality and commercial real estate investment, development and operating company based in Las Vegas with more than two decades of success. Reporting to the CEO, the firm is looking for an experienced leader to take on the Chief Operations Officer role to lead the long-term operational success of the firm. You will be responsible for providing the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

To thrive as in this role, you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings. They will take action to manage the day-to-day operations of the firm but develop new operational strategies to facilitate future growth opportunities across the portfolio and organization.

The position requires a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, an outgoing personality, technical competence, and professionalism. Experience with extended stay hotel and commercial real estate highly desired.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leadership positions within hospitality (extended stay hotels) and commercial real estate investment organizations that are complex and have scale.
• Graduate degree a plus.
• Investment experience across retail, multifamily, hospitality and commercial preferred.
• The ideal situation is to be based in Las Vegas. Would consider hybrid working situations for the right candidate.
