Our current COO will be retiring and we are looking for someone to fill this role. The person we are looking for must have a passion for delivering patient-centered eye care and fostering team/employee growth. We are a large eyecare practice in Northwest Georgia with four locations, seven providers, four optical shops and an ASC.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field required with a master’s degree highly preferred.  At least five years of experience managing in a medical setting including personnel, finances, operations and facilities.

Primary Responsibilities: To oversee operations of the practice to include human resources, financial budgeting and reporting, facilities management, strategic planning, general staff meeting/training, practice policies, procedures, information systems and regulatory compliance. Oversee buy/sell transactions, finance projects, recruiting efforts and any other aspects of the practice necessary to keep attaining healthy growth.
