Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join an open-source blockchain team creating a high-performance network that focuses on real-world applications such as enabling payments and providing aid while supporting 8 million users.

This company interacts with some of the largest and most respected charities & companies both inside and outside of the blockchain space and has facilitated nearly $4 billion in asset exchanges.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Developer Experience team, currently comprised of four engineers. In this role, you will drive team performance, shape technical strategy, and oversee daily technical decisions related to system and tooling design to ensure an exceptional developer experience.

We are looking for a Engineering Manager with:

• Previous management experience
• Strong development background with React & Typesript.
• Experienced in end to end product development.

Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 alongside other benefits

Location: San Francisco Hybrid ~ 3 days a week in office - Open to in USA relocators
