The Role:

*Engineering Director responsible for a team of 50

*Production planning and introducing new lines

*Process improvements and implementing lean manufacturing

*Manufacturing or Engineering or Production Manager

*Electronics manufacturing background

*Wants progression to Director / C Suite level
