Engineering Manager (Power Generation - Utilities)

Cybernetic Search have partnered with one the top names in Engineering, Procurement and Construction, who are seeking a Senior Leader with Power systems experience, for partnered projects with major Utilities and Renewable Energy organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management support to Power Systems, Transmission & Distribution professionals for safe, cost-effective engineering services.
• Manage direct reports.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with direct client project work as needed.
• Establish and maintain processes for project tracking, quality control, financial management, and personnel development.
• Ensure the continuity of Business Performance, through client development and revenue generating activities.

Requirements:

• Skilled in project management principles.
• Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states by NCEES.
• 8-10 years of experience in electrical utility experience, within Transmission Planning, Power Systems Studies or Distribution.
