I am currently working with a highly reputable insurance law firm , who are actively looking to hire an insurance coverage associate on a remote basis .

Key Responsibilities:

• You will work with the firm's nationally recognized partners on complex insurance and reinsurance coverage issues.
• You will handle a broad range of disputes across the United States and in Europe.
• Draft coverage opinions.
• Case management, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and in court proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must have active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Tennessee .
• 3+ years of experience as an insurance coverage attorney.
