Employment Associate Attorney

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their Employment practice. This positoin can be based in New York City, Philadelphia, or Washington DC. Please note that the firm maintains a hybrid work policy.

The estimated salary for this position is $235,000 to $380,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of experience with employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery, as well as experience advising on corporate transactions
• Traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience is preferred
• Strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellence
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
