Labor & Employment Attorney (10+ years of experience)

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, has an exciting full-time (preferred) or part-time (considered) opportunity in the Labor & Employment Practice of their New Jersey office for a Senior Associate or Counsel level attorney with 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• Experience counseling New Jersey and New York employers in all employment subject matters including wage and hour, reasonable accommodations, leave, noncompete and non-solicit enforcement
• Experience drafting handbooks, employment agreements and restrictive covenant agreements
• Experience responding to administrative claims and audits and conducting internal audits
• Due diligence experience preferred but not essential
• Litigation experience a plus but the position will be primarily counseling
• Strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• JD from an accredited university and excellent academic credentials
• Must be in good standing with the NJ and NY State Bars
