Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate air freight shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, such as airway bills, customs declarations, and invoices.
- Track shipments from origin to destination, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Communicate with airlines, carriers, and freight forwarders to resolve delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and customer communications.
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shipping process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field, with a focus on air freight operations.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
