I am currently working with a leading boutique law firm on a number of positions, which includes an experienced associate to join their leading Insurance Coverage Litigation group in Chicago .

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the lead Partners in both Chicago.
• Handle your own caseload of insurance coverage disputes.
• Attend State and Federal court on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants for case management conferences, motion hearings, non-jury trials, and post-trial collection efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Min of 3 years of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong academic background - including J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Excellent writing and case management skills.
• Function both independently and within a team environment
