They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. Responsibilities

• Assess staffing needs and ensure production targets are met.
• Involve in recruiting, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure readiness for new product launches and manage production schedules.
• Track and report key performance metrics (OTCS, Customer PPM, Test Failures, Labor Utilization).
• Review Engineer Work Requests (EWR) and production-related purchase orders.
• Approve Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and maintain security systems.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and support professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in field
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
