LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an AmLaw firm in Austin, TX in its search for an Immigration Attorney. While Austin, TX is the preferred location, this position can sit in Dallas, San Antonio, or Houston. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of immigration experience .

In this role you will work closely with partners and associates to handle employment-based immigration matters including H-1Bs, AOS, TNs, PERMs, I-140s, and L-1s , along with other immigration matters. Qualified candidates must have experience advising clients regarding immigration matters and have the ability to assist with the preparation of petitions for submission to the USCIS.
