Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join a well-respected law firm client with offices located in Akron, Canton, and Cleveland. The firm prides itself on its long history of success and deep commitment to client service!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle and facilitate client-side employment cases, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour matters and other labor and employment matters
• Advise clients on labor and employment matters
• Draft employment agreements, contracts, employee handbooks and policies
• As an active participant in the L&E litigation process, the Associate will regularly draft pleadings and motions, review and respond to discovery and take depositions
• Conduct Title VII and Title IX Investigations

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of previous litigation experience from within a law firm or in house legal department
• Must be licensed or able to attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio
