RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle and facilitate client-side employment cases, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour matters and other labor and employment matters
- Advise clients on labor and employment matters
- Draft employment agreements, contracts, employee handbooks and policies
- As an active participant in the L&E litigation process, the Associate will regularly draft pleadings and motions, review and respond to discovery and take depositions
- Conduct Title VII and Title IX Investigations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of previous litigation experience from within a law firm or in house legal department
- Must be licensed or able to attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio
