We have a Plant Manager opportunity available with a leading Manufacturer, East of Syracuse, NY.

• Ensure production processes align with quality standards and customer expectations.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing (preferably aerospace or metals).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
