Our client, a leading producer of plastic additives, color and masterbatch, seeks a plant manager for its North Carolina facility. Relocation will be considered for US based candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, manage and be accountable for plant operations. We are looking to speak with candidates that are currently in a plant or production leadership role, have plastic additives, compounding, or masterbatch manufacturing experience, and have an understanding of extrusion. This is a hands-on role, and qualified candidates will have a demonstrated history of leading teams.

The compensation for this position is up to 140K, based on multiple factors such as skills and experience.
