We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director of Operations to oversee our company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with our strategic goals. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to improve overall performance across all operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including Supply Chain, Fleet & Logistics, Order Processing, Facility Management, and Customer Services.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational stability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving performance targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software, such as NetSuite, QuickBooks or similar platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
