Job Overview: The Vice President of Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across multiple restaurant concepts, driving performance, growth, and operational consistency for our restaurant group. This critical role will oversee all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring top-tier guest experience, financial performance, and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead and optimize operational performance across all restaurant concepts and locations
  • Create and maintain standardized operational procedures, training programs, and quality control systems
  • Manage and supervise regional and general managers, providing mentorship and strategic guidance
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Oversee restaurant-level financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for multi-unit operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all restaurant locations
  • Drive innovation in operational processes, technology integration, and service standards
  • Develop and manage annual operational budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale restaurant groups
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and industry best practices
