We're currently hiring enthusiastic individuals for the following position:
Sous Chef/Line Cook:
- Preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery
- Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment as instructed
- Over one year of experience handling a wok
- Capable of managing inventory, handling stock control, or placing orders with suppliers
- Assisting and supporting the executive chef as a requirement
- No disqualifying factors
"It's a plus if you have experience working with or knowledge of Korean Chinese Cuisine or Asian Cuisine." Compensation Details:
Hourly ($20 - $25)
Salary ($65,000 - $75,000)
Benefits: Visa Sponsor available
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of a management experience in busy, well-rated kitchens
- Understading of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Firm understanding of sanitation/DOH
- Open availability and able to work flexible hours
- Ability to work well in a team environment
