In this role, you will be responsible for the successful on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex material handling equipment and systems, including conveyors, palletizers, and robots. If you're passionate about troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with advanced technology, this is the perfect opportunity for you.nnThis position involves extensive travel in the Northeast region, covering the area from Maine to Virginia, up to the coast and occasionally nationwide.nnThe ideal candidate must be based in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts Maryland, New Hampshire, Virginia or Connecticut; and reside within one hour from an airport. A company vehicle will be provided (rental car).nnKey Responsibilities:nnPerform installation, servicing, and repair of material handling systems, including conveyors, palletizers, and robots.nnTroubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems with minimal supervision.nnProgram and service Allen Bradley PLCs using Rockwell Software.nnFollow detailed work instructions and collaborate with engineering teams to update or amend outdated instructions.nnContinuously improve training guides and documentation for both internal teams and customers.nnProvide on-site customer training on equipment usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures.nnEnsure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any challenges related to equipment delivery and installation.nnCompensation informationnnThe annual base salary range for this position is $55,000-$78,000.
