As a Senior Field Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and facilitating our building automation systems. You will be accountable for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your strong technical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our field service operations.nnYou will report directly to our Field Service Manager, and you’ll report out of our Pittsburgh, PA location and travel to surrounding customer sites.nnIn this role, you will impact the efficiency and functionality of building automation systems, ensuring that our customers' facilities are safe, energy-efficient, and productive.nnKEY RESPONSIBILITIESnnInstall, maintain, and repair building automation systems within a 150-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA.nnTroubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutionsnnConduct system testing and performance evaluationsnnWork with cross-functional teams to address customer needsnnYOU MUST HAVEnnMinimum of 3 years of proven experience in field service or a similar rolennTechnical knowledge in building automation systemsnnExcellent problem-solving and electrical troubleshooting skillsnnProficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office)nnWE VALUEnnBachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent years of hands-on experiencennExperience with Honeywell building automation systemsnnStrong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationshipsnnBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLnnIn addition to a performance-driven salary, cutting-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
