Find out more at or watch an overview video at the Role: The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Fleet and Maintenance team and field locations with the goal of ensuring compliance, improving performance, and developing Maintenance personnel.nnKey Responsibilities and Duties:nnCosting Models for Business DevelopnnManage the BD projects for the F/M teamnnMaintain the costing modelnnAssist in building costing modelsnnData Management and ReportingnnPull final KPI information for Transdev locations and provide JDE upload document to financennCollect the manual KPI forms for all non-Transdev EAM locations and provide to financennCollect mileage KPI data from all Transit locations (incl. ops only contracts)nnReview EAM and BI to ensure data integritynnManage and resolve user tickets for EAM application support, including new users, system access,nndata correction and application issuesnnManage Maintenance Information System EAM updates and maintenancennMaintain the departments information landing pagennAssist with MBR file each month from the prior month to ensure continuity of comments and datannCreate and provide adhoc reports as requirednnFleet ManagementnnProvide central control Fleet information and new fleet entriesnnProvide Fleet and service usage informationnnMonitor EAM locationsvehicle inventory activitynnManage the Centralized Fleet informationnnWorks with OEM’s for vehicle specification informationnnOthernnAssist with new location start-ups and location closuresnnAssist in the development of Maintenance support personnelnnExperience Required:nn5 years minimum experience in Fleet managementnn5 years experience in Hexagon EAM systemsnnSkills and Knowledge:nnKnowledge of inventory control, warranty recovery, shipping and receiving.nnPreferred general knowledge of spare parts specifications and vendorsnnKnowledge of transit vehicle specificationsnnAbility to work without direct supervisionnnBasic SQL knowledgennBasic knowledge of Power BInnStrong organizational capabilitiesnnStrong Excel, Word, and PP capabilitiesnnStrong communication skills both written and oralnnTravel as a percent:50%nnThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
