Find out more at or watch an overview video at is looking for an Accounting Clerk in Baltimore, MD. Our Accounting Clerks are an integral part of daily operations. Accounting Clerks assist the Contact Manager in all aspects of the daily payroll function. You will be responsible for completing new employee profiles, payroll, benefits enrollment, and other clerical accounting functions. If you have the drive, confidence, and determination to succeed, we are looking for you!nnTransdev is proud to offer:nn$17-19/hournnAttractive benefits package, including 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental and vision.nnPaid time off & vacation.nnResponsibilities:nnProcess new employee files & records and submit them to the Contract Manager for approval; submit appropriate paperwork to the regional accounting officennCalculate & input driver & staff payroll into system for processingnnTrack attendance for part-time employees.nnResponsible for fare reconciliation & deposits.nnAnswer the phone and respond to customer inquiries.nnDistribute mail & prepare overnight packagesnnAssist Contract Manager in accurately tracking overtime to reduce and eliminate unnecessary and/or additional punch hoursnnVerify all standard hoursnnAll other duties as assigned.nnRequirements:nnHigh School Diploma or GEDnnExcellent oral and written communication skills.nnDemonstrate leadership qualities; self-starternnExcellent time management skillsnnExcellent organizational skillsnnAbility to multi-task and work in fast paced environmentnnComputer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.nnThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
