Job Description

Job Title: Contract Demand Planner (4-Month Contract)

Location: Irvine, CA-- Hybrid

Pay: $45/hr


Job Description: As a Contract Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that our client's supply chain meets customer needs. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather data and develop accurate demand forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Analyze and report on demand trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Implement demand planning best practices and continuously improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Communicate demand plans and inventory status to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
