Litigation Paralegal

Location : Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year annually, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid - 3 days onsite, Direct Hire

LHH is working with a reputable firm in seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for a professional who has a strong interest in advancing their career as a paralegal.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with business litigation cases, handling all aspects from start to finish.
• Conduct federal and state court filings, including e-filing procedures.
• Manage the litigation calendar, scheduling hearings, depositions, and deadlines.
• Prepare for trials, including organizing exhibits, creating trial binders, and coordinating with legal teams.
• Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
• Perform legal research and assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence.

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal; defense experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with both federal and state court systems, including electronic filing (e-filing).
• Strong skills in calendaring, document management, and trial preparation.
• Ability to draft basic legal documents and discovery responses.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A desire to grow within the paralegal profession and develop expertise in business litigation.
