Role: Human Capital Coordinator
Location: Onsite Monday- Friday in Miami
Comp: $65 - 75K base + OT (~$80 - 95K annually)

As a Human Capital Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full-cycle recruiting process, working closely with internal recruiters to drive hiring efforts and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal recruiters to manage the end-to-end recruiting process, delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and teams to schedule virtual and onsite interviews, as well as sell days.
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines using a web-based applicant tracking system.
- Serve as a liaison with internal teams to gather feedback and determine next steps for candidates.
- Prepare offer documents and communicate with candidates during onboarding.
- Contribute to recruiting and HR projects, including candidate tracking, process documentation, competency updates, and survey initiatives.
- Organize large-scale recruiting events and oversee seasonal internship programs.
- Process expense reports and invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5 is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and follow-through abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
