Responsibilities
The Corporate HR Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating all policies and procedures in support of company goals & strategies:
- Collaborate with division HR Managers to create & update HR processes
- Work closely with HR Director and leadership to develop HR initiatives
- Maintain working knowledge of regulatory changes to HR & Safety protocol
- Facilitate professional development, talent management, and training
- Gather, analyze, and consolidate a variety of data for related KPIs
- Provide guidance to HR Managers and division leaders
- Travel up to 25%
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of multi-site HR experience (Manufacturing environment preferred)
- Understanding of OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, and Federal Wage & Hour
