We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in payroll and benefits administration, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional HR support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and at least five years of relevant HR experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Administration :
- Process and oversee accurate and timely payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Benefits Administration :
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including ACA, COBRA, and ERISA.
HR Operations :
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Compliance and Reporting :
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
- Prepare and submit required reports related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
General HR Support :
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in an HR role, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is preferred; however, candidates with proficiency in other payroll and HR software systems are encouraged to apply Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
