Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing for needed talent. Support recruiting with various tasks related to sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters to post job openings on various platforms and assist with candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, campus recruitment events, and job fairs.
- Utilize recruiting software such as Kronos, ADP, and lever to track candidate information and progress.
- Support executive recruiting efforts by conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in employee evaluation processes by collecting feedback from interviewers.
Experience:
- Prior experience in recruiting or HR-related roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment software such as Workday, iCIMS, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
