Our team is looking for a Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist to join them. You will report to the PMO Director and will have a Onsite work structure in Chatsworth, Ca.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BA, Operations Management)
• Experience:7+ years
Required Skills:
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a varied workload to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand project demand requirements and provision materials to support production line setup for customer orders.
• Proficiency in reporting and presenting to management while effectively communicating project status internally and externally.
As a Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist, you will:
• Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Supply Chain (SC) teams to ensure policies and procedures align with the quality plan.
• Attend regular project review meetings with licensors and suppliers as required.
• Develop transfer plans for Supply Chain activities, including supplier onboarding, PO transfers, inventory management, and SC provisioning (SIOP).
• Oversee the supplier onboarding process to ensure timely completion within project deadlines.
• Manage inventory transfers from licensors to Ontic, prioritizing to prevent line stoppages.
• Identify and resolve supplier novation challenges and risks.
• Collaborate with SC teams to provide effective communication and direction on project status.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with relevant teams to implement solutions.
• Support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities to address supplier and internal technical issues.
• Establish new sources of supply for transitioning components and those with unavailable incumbent sources.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing for Ontic.
• Participate in make/buy decision-making processes.
