Position Overview

Annalect is seeking a Data Delivery Manager to join our Technology team. This role is essential for creating processes and supervising the implementation of data pipelines ingestions at large enterprise scales. The Integration Manager will communicate the status of data onboarding and data supply to clients, investigate integrations with media platforms, and create documentation on how to configure data provisioning as well as data consumption. Additionally, this role will work with the support team and product team to scale these processes across various data pipelines. We are looking for a person who is obsessed with details and wants to make data accessible, accurately delivered and usable for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong processes for data accounts configurations.
  • Supervise the implementation of data accounts configurations. Collaborate with the support team and product team to scale processes effectively.
  • Communicate the status of data onboarding and data supply to clients and various stakeholders. Develop presentations, dashboards and reports. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Explaining key data dimensions, attributes and metrics.
  • Investigate integrations with media platforms and create comprehensive documentation on data provisioning configurations. Monitor and report on the progress of data onboarding to all key stakeholders.

Required Skills
  • Experience in media buying platforms. Strong understanding of media platform integrations and data provisioning.
  • Intermediate SQL
  • Background in software development, engineering, or another technical field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Obsession with accuracy and detailed tracking of data ingestions and permissioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background.
  • Ability, past-experience and desire in handling client-facing relationships

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$94,500-$135,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
