Position OverviewAnnalect takes pride in rapid innovation but cannot succeed alone. We require strong partnerships to support and enable that innovation, which can be challenging given the flexibility, ingenuity, and trust required to push the boundaries of typical ways of working. The position of Senior Director, Global Strategic Partnerships is responsible for championing these critical relationships.
The position's mission is to own the infrastructure and operations for the Global Partnerships team and ensure seamless and efficient delivery of processes. Information about the partnerships must be organized, managed, and socialized effectively. This is achieved through internal communications, collateral repository administration, and external partner management. The Director, Strategic Partnerships will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Annalect, OMG, and Omnicom; and represent Annalect well when communicating with teams at our partners' organization

- Contracts for your partnership categories are prioritized effectively, critical information regarding contracts is gathered and tracked, and next steps are efficiently managed with internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis until contract execution
Key Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the following duties to achieve the above desired outcomes:
- Ownership of partnerships categories, including but not limited to Adtech, Adserving, Creative, Influencer, Measurement and Optimization, Consumer Data, and Commerce / Retail Partnerships.
- Represent Annalect at meetings with key partners and cross-functional teams, and work collaboratively to manage action items
- Accountable for process delivery and documentation, including partner evaluations, implementation, RFI standardization, and related operations
- Evaluate and execute opportunities with new enterprise technology partners
- Lead commercial and legal negotiations with new partners: Accountable for the accuracy and alignment of contract terms with the intent
- Negotiate renewals and new product opportunities with existing partners
- Work with finance and legal on deal execution and establishing competitive rates and contract terms
- Deliver on adhoc requests, including client level deliverables ranging from order forms, one-off rate negotiations, and evolving service terms
- Lead vendor communication to support Ad Operations team for service issues, technical disruptions, trafficking errors, service updates
- Collaborate with Finance team and advise on client rate calculations, billing issues (rate disputes, service suspension warnings, overdue payments)
- Assist cross-functional teams with any ad-hoc needs relating to our partnerships
- Develop collateral for internal circulation related to owned partnerships, including one-sheets, slideware, and executive summaries to ensure the benefits of our partnerships are widely understood
- Drive post-deal partnership implementation and work with cross-functional team on organization-wide and client level adoption
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 8 years of relevant experience in media and agency environments
- Experience negotiating enterprise company level deals and proven record of achieving desired commercial and strategic terms with partners
- Strong reading comprehension skills, specifically related to understanding contract implications and proficiency in writing effective contractual verbiage
- Demonstrated comfort dealing with financial data and billing / payment terms
- Capable of foreseeing company and client needs and proactively driving workstreams
- Ability to prioritize effectively in an agile manner in a rapidly changing requirements environment with many competing demands
- Balance discipline and organization with creativity and flexibility
- Ability to quickly build trusting relationships with contacts across all levels of an organization
- Ability to project manage cross-functional teams without formal authority
- You take direction well, but can also offer a fresh perspective when needed
- Excellent, clear communications skills; both written and spoken
- Likes to solve problems and work within a team

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$129,500-$185,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
