OverviewAs OMG continues to expand our portfolio of strategic client wins and partnerships, we are excited to be recruiting for positions that will be part of a massive consumer-centric, technology and innovative client we are onboarding.
As a Supervisor on our Digital Activation Partnership team, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining our PMP supply strategy as well as consulting on our larger supply strategy.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience and expert knowledge of digital programmatic buying or programmatic sales operation.
- Ideal candidate would have hands-on experience using one or more of the following demand-side platforms (DSPs): DV360, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP.
- Experience managing a small team and juggling multiple people and work priorities
- Experience working with across several media channels is preferred and a curiosity in emerging media platforms
- Experience with client-facing interaction
- Experience working with large data sets and understanding of methodologies for evaluating data
- Ability to effectively negotiate costs while keeping in mind performance and viewability goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to distill key ideas for non-digitally-centric teams
- Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ability to coach others in shortcuts
- Working knowledge of third-party verification tools, including DoubleVerify
ResponsibilitiesCore responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Identifying areas for new deal creation based on open exchange spend, team requests and industry trends.
- Oversee the negotiation and adoption of PMP deals.
- Creating processes and best practices for PMP negotiation, creation and adoption. These processes must help the media delivery meet client's business objectives.
- Provide inputs and guidance around supply strategy, tests and areas for growth.
- Working closely with the directors to advise on inventory opportunities for evergreen strategies and recommending new opportunities for emerging media.
- Work side by side with the broader activation team to ensure tight coordination of deal setup and deal usage.
- Work with the boarder team to educate them on programmatic supply landscape.
- Work closely with our data science team to identify tools that would improve supply management.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$80,000-$90,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
