Primary Role: The HRIS & HR Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of Latham's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), as well as managing overall HR Operations. This role ensures that HR systems and processes algin with business needs, support efficient workflows, and provide accurate data. The HRIS & HR Operations Leader will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive HR technology solution and streamline HR operations to support business initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities: System & Process Ownership: Lead the administration and optimization of all HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency, appropriate functionality, and ease of use.
Project Management: Create and deploy project management tools and methodologies, and hold project leads accountable for the successful execution of all HR projects.
Vendor Management: Develop relationships with vendors, provide requirements for contracting, and hold them accountable to deliverables. Run point on HR system RFP's.
System & Process Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the tools and processes being utilized, make recommendations for improvements or alternative solutions, and drive the implementation of these improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement activities as normal course of business, set expectations that everything can be improved, and hold others accountable for continued progress. Escalate roadblocks as appropriate.
Creativity: Every system has its limitations, and every organization has its requirements, this role is tasked with finding creative solutions to thread the needle appropriately between what the systems can do, and what we need them to do, in order to come up with the most efficient and effective solutions.
Training & User Experience: Ensure systems and tools are being utilized in the optimal ways by driving education and a quality user experience.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in an HRIS or HR Operations role
- Strong knowledge of HR Technology platforms
- Demonstrated excellence in process documentation and optimization
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Analytical skills with a focus on reporting and metrics generation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in implementing, upgrading, and optimizing HR systems and tools
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work efficiently with cross-functional teams
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000
