The Opportunity:We are seeking a
Sales Operations Manager to support initiatives aimed at enhancing our procurement, compliance, and logistics operations, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. This role will focus on integrating automated solutions with current workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall service quality. The right candidate will bring a customer-centric approach, a strong background in operational oversight, and experience in optimizing processes through technology, particularly within federal contracting environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement, compliance, and logistics processes, prioritizing efficiency improvements while maintaining a high standard of service to customers.
- Enhance the customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate order processing, seamless logistics operations, and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize technology solutions, such as Salesforce, EDI, and other tools, to optimize workflows, improve responsiveness, and maintain transparency for customers.
- Partner with procurement and logistics teams to guarantee smooth supply chain operations, including vendor management and on-time order fulfillment, aligning with customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, keeping processes transparent and reliable for both federal and private contracts.
- Act as a champion of customer service excellence, identifying opportunities to improve processes that directly impact client satisfaction without disrupting current workflows.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operational strategies with company-wide goals for efficiency, innovation, and service quality.
Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in operational management, procurement, or compliance, with a focus on process improvement, customer satisfaction, and technology integration.
- Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), EDI, and workflow management tools.
- Experience in federal government contracting (VA, DoD) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Associates degree or equivalent job experience; advanced education is a plus.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
