Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Abramson Labor Group. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales team to achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Review sales reports, understand findings and present/discuss results with the firm's CMO
• Conduct weekly performance meetings with Sales team members
• Recognize, create, and implement process improvements within the sales organization to optimize employee workflows
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
• Assist in creating and maintaining sales standard operating procedures
• Interview, onboard and train new sales team members
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Reach sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience managing a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced metrics driven environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Proven experience as a Sales or Operations Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
