Essential Functions:
  • Directs, implements, and monitors the organizations advertising and promotional activities through efficient marketing technologies including marketing automation and ensures consistency of the brand in all communications and advertising, including the digital journey.
  • Owns and manages the marketing project plan; Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, departmental operational processes and policies that are compliant, and efficient, including data security.
  • Analyzes target market information, makes recommendations on pricing, placement, and products to increase market share in line with business objectives. Prepared effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
  • Reports on key marketing metrics and digital marketing efforts ensuring optimized return on investment. Proposes adjustments to strategy based on metrics and marketing performance.
  • Manages and owns vendor relationships. Collaborates closely with agencies, media partners, and cross-functional teams in driving business objectives.
  • Forecasts, drafts, implements, and effectively and efficiently oversee the department's operating budget. Prepare and communicate regular reporting with key stakeholders.
  • Plans and executes marketing events and communications.
  • Manages the work of the team. Completes regular monthly dialogs to assess, clarify and document performance, establishes goals and action plans, and sets up performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions, as needed. Participates in hiring and firing decisions and recommends promotions. Approves time records and time off requests. Motivates, coaches, and mentor's staff. Resolves employee conflicts, identifies problems, and gives input to management on problem resolution

Experience:
  • Requires at least five to ten years of similar or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Motivating or influencing others is a material part of the job. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others. The role requires a significant level of trust or diplomacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Aligns team performance with business strategies and objectives.
  • Ability to build a strong team culture of trust with a member-focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • This role is a hybrid position with required Tuesdays and Thursdays in office. Based on the demands of specific tasks or department requirements, WFH employees may need to be available for in office work at their manager's discretion.
