What you will do

Join our dynamic Consulting team as a Senior Manager in Life Sciences & Healthcare, where you'll lead transformative projects that help clients in these industries optimize procurement strategies, enhance supply chain operations, and achieve measurable business results.

Client Engagement
  • Lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
  • Conduct procurement opportunity assessments, including budgeting and sourcing wave plans to achieve cost-saving goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance on procurement and supply chain matters.

Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop tailored procurement and category management strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Analyze client operations to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency enhancements, and risk mitigation.

Project Management
  • Oversee multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and seamless project execution.

Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of consultants.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Industry Insights and Market Expertise
  • Stay ahead of trends in life sciences and healthcare procurement, offering clients actionable insights.
  • Leverage emerging technologies to optimize procurement and supply chain strategies.

Business Development
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand consulting engagements.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations, contributing to the growth of the consulting practice.


What you should bring

Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, or PMP) are highly preferred.

Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or procurement, with significant expertise in life sciences or healthcare.
  • Proven success in leading and managing complex consulting engagements.

Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address industry-specific challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced project management expertise with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with tools like SAP, Ariba, Coupa, and advanced Excel modeling.
