Oversee the planning, monitoring, and execution of Texas Automated Nutrition System development and transition, which includes software development, data migration, system reporting development, training development, and stakeholder communications.
Develop, maintain, and report on project schedules, work plans, deliverables, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
Establish, oversee, and evaluate processes used to ensure project teams are adhering to procedures consistently.
Confirm scope and schedule changes are documented, approved, and understood by stakeholders and project team members.
Monitor and manage project activities to verify project deliverables are on-time, complete, and fulfill project requirements.
Take responsibility for issue management and resolution and risk identification and mitigation, while empowering and motivating the team to have a sense of ownership over their project area.
Assists with developing criteria related to evaluating project assignments and other pertinent project needs and information.
Assign duties and responsibilities and coordinate the work of project staff.
Follow all TDA policies and procedures.
