What you will do:

As our Technical Sales Engineer, you will be working directly with our customers. You will be responsible for Embedded sales activities resulting in meeting or exceeding stated sales goals. You will work to plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies and programs to increase the OEM market share of Embedded products across North America. This position can work out of our New Hope, MN location as well as have the option to work remotely!

The job:

Every day, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service and communication to our customers. You will plan and conduct sales calls to current and potential customers to meet or exceed stated sales goals, develop and train OEM's, and conduct analysis on potential and current embedded customers to develop sales plans to reach sales projections. You will plan and represent SJE Embedded at regional and national trade shows and functions for raising awareness of product capabilities, conduct in-house and out-of-house product training for employees & customers, and assist in developing and implementing the overall marketing plan for SJE Embedded.

The skills you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be very well organized and have a natural drive to succeed. You must maintain a high level of technical competence to support customer and company needs. You must understand PCB and PCA sales and be able to build relationships. Four to six years of experience is preferred with 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field.
