Location: Remote (US and European Hours)

As a Revenue Operations Leader, you will be at the helm of operational strategy and execution, driving key initiatives that optimize pricing, customer credit tracking, team structure, and data-driven decision-making. Your role is integral to the seamless functioning of sales and growth teams, helping us scale to 10-figure GMV. You'll partner closely with Buyer Sales, Supplier Sales, Customer Support and Events teams to ensure every aspect of our operational processes supports growth and revenue generation.

This isn't just an operational role-it's about blending strategic insights with technical acumen to enable business growth. You will have the autonomy to build and optimize systems, manage pricing models, track customer credits, and deliver actionable insights that will guide key business decisions. You'll also play a pivotal role in managing our analytics and dashboarding, program management, and overseeing talent reviews.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Revenue Operations Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to optimize pricing, track customer credits, and manage lead allocations to support revenue targets and operational efficiency.
  • Own Pricing Models: Design and manage data-driven pricing models that maximize profitability and ensure consistency across the marketplace.
  • Customer Credit Management: Build and manage robust processes for tracking and managing customer credit limits to minimize risk and maximize growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and product teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Program Management: Lead and oversee cross-functional programs aimed at improving revenue operations, ensuring timelines are met and goals achieved.
  • Optimize Lead Allocations: Manage the allocation of leads to ensure optimal use of resources and highest potential for conversion, working closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align operational priorities and ensure that systems and processes support business growth.
  • Talent Reviews: Manage and lead reviews of the revenue operations team, ensuring continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for upskilling and career progression.
  • Manage a Team: You will manage a direct report specializing in commercial analytics.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, ideally within a high-growth tech environment
  • Strong experience managing pricing models, customer credit processes, and lead allocation strategies
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B marketplaces, e-commerce, or the jewelry/luxury goods industry
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in rapidly scaling environments
  • Deep knowledge of financial models, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements that drive revenue growth

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Optimize Pricing Models: Achieve a 10% increase in pricing consistency across all customer segments, contributing to a 15% improvement in gross margin.
  • Customer Credit Management: Ensure that 98% of customer credit limits are accurately tracked and managed, reducing default risk by 20%.
  • Lead Allocation Efficiency: Improve the efficiency of lead allocations, leading to a 25% increase in lead-to-conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop dashboards and analytics that improve decision-making for sales teams, increasing forecast accuracy by 30%.
  • Cross-Functional Program Management: Successfully launch and complete a revenue operations improvement program within the first 6 months, achieving at least 90% of KPIs.
