Job Description Find your purpose as a Registered Nurse at our Big Lake Family Medicine Clinic.
A Registered Nurse will care for patients in a clinic setting working as a valuable member of the health care team making independent and dependent decisions under the direction of a provider. The RN collaborates with health care team members, works off protocols for nurse led visits, triage calls, and MyChart messages, communicate results and other medical information to patients and providers, assist Providers with clinic procedures, work collaboratively with the Health Care team to provide optimal patient care in closing care gaps to promote health and wellness, this includes working with providers, other nurses, Lab, Xray, and reception staff, and assists in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
Schedule - Full Time | 72-80 hours every two weeks
- Choose a 4-day work week 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with one rotating day off each week OR
- Choose a 5-day work week 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
- No evenings, weekends, or holidays!
Pay and Benefits: - Pay range $33.15 to $49.72 based on years of experience.

Qualifications: - Associate degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (RN) in the State of Minnesota.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy.
- Must understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and hospital staff.
