Job Description
In the Acute Rehab department you will work closely with a committed multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to help patients recover from physical impairments. Common diagnoses include stroke, brain injury, trauma, amputations and debility. As a Physical Therapist you will help coordinate and deliver physical therapy to the Inpatient Rehabilitation population.
Schedule:
  • Full-time | Flexibility in hours available, to include option of 80 or 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
  • Monday- Friday | Every 4th weekend and rotating holidays | 8am-4:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
  • Starting pay begins at $78,713per year and increases with experience
  • Salary range: $78,713.08 - $118,080.30 per year
    • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. New or upcoming graduates welcome to apply!
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
  • Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required. License required within 90 days from date of exam.
  • Prior clinical or field work experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Waite Park and relocate within 30 miles of Waite Park.
