Job Overview: Our client believes design can be a powerful tool to set their service apart. By prioritizing customer-centricity, empathy, rapid prototyping, and collaborative solution-building, they aim to create exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities: - User Research and Insights: Conduct user research, including interviews and workshops, to uncover user needs and preferences, informing product development and design decisions.
- Problem Definition and Ideation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define design challenges, conduct competitive analysis, and ideate innovative UX solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Information Architecture and Design Principles: Consult with users and stakeholders to establish clear information hierarchies and decision-making flows, leveraging design principles and artifacts like user flows and wireframes.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a culture of user-centric design and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Agile Design and Iteration: Facilitate rapid prototyping and iterative design processes, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders to optimize user experiences.
- Design Execution and Review: Produce and review wireframes and prototypes to align with user and stakeholder expectations, ensuring seamless transition to development.
- User Feedback and Optimization: Conduct regular user feedback sessions to continuously improve UX and design outcomes.
- Driving Adoption: Develop and implement comprehensive adoption strategies, including marketing materials, training programs, and user support resources, to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Business Impact: Effectively communicate the value and ROI of design solutions, emphasizing their positive contributions to the organization's goals.
Education / Qualification - A master's degree on Design and a minimum of 2+ years' UI/UX design experience for services and products
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
- A consulting background is a plus
- Pharmaceutical experience
Required Skills: - Proficient in UX research, including both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Skilled in UX design, with the ability to create simple information architectures featuring clear navigation and actionability.
- Experienced in UI design, capable of designing clean and functional user interfaces while leveraging existing design systems.
- Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective workshops and brainstorming sessions with users.
- Apply a business-driven approach to design, ensuring the right features and outcomes are prioritized.
Preferred Skills: - Experience in designing applications on Salesforce.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create visual design artifacts, such as posters and videos, to support adoption efforts.
