Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of our facilities while ensuring exceptional client and team experiences.
Responsibilities
1. Technical and Operational Management
- Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and ensure proper functioning.
- Optimize space usage to enhance productivity and comfort.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets for repairs, utilities, and maintenance, implementing cost-control measures.
- Monitor and optimize energy usage to reduce costs and environmental impact.
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Use CRM tools to manage client data, monitor interactions, and streamline workflows.
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure smooth integration into facilities.
- Track client operations and deliver performance reports on satisfaction and usage trends.
3. Project and Vendor Management
- Lead initiatives such as office renovations, system upgrades, and construction projects.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless facility operations.
4. Leadership and Communication
- Manage and motivate maintenance, custodial, and administrative staff.
- Communicate policies, updates, and project status clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive, service-oriented experience for all facility users.
5. Technology and Data Analysis
- Use facility management software to track maintenance, space planning, and resources.
- Analyze CRM and building system data to inform decisions and improve operations.
- Leverage smart building technologies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility management or a related field.
- WeWork, Regus or similar shared workspace experience a huge plus.
- Proficiency in facility management software and CRM tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Budget management and project oversight expertise.
