Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with both international and local objectives.
• Drive culture transformation and change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Manage talent acquisition processes, including creating job descriptions, posting roles, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Oversee employee training programs, wellness initiatives, and company-wide events to support employee engagement.
• Serve as the system administrator for HR platforms, including learning management systems (LMS) and HRIS tools.
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to implement innovative HR strategies.

Qualifications:

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency).
• Strong ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and drive change initiatives.
• Experience with talent acquisition processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Proven background in training and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams effectively.
• 5+ years of progressive career experience in HR or related roles.
